How to look at various tax scenarios

Can I create multiple returns using different scenarios in TT Premier? I want to try various scenarios with different IRA withdrawal amounts to see how much tax I will have to pay--not for filing, just for illustration.

If so, how many can I create? How do I do this? (please give explicit directions)

I will only file one tax return.

I downloaded TT Premier to my windows hard drive from Amazon purchase.

Yes you can do unlimited returns in the Desktop CD/Download program. Just start a new return, go up to File - New. Be sure to give them names you can tell apart. Your tax returns data files end in .tax2022 and should be in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax folder.

Oh, and when you have the first return (real or test) you can make a copy of it and give it another name to test in. Do File - Save As

Oh and be sure to save often and make backups!

every time you use "Save As" you have a new TRIAL tax return.

one may be enough if you are just changing an IRA distribution amount

use meaningful names so you can always find the tax return you want to e-File !
