How to fix: "Transfer Return" doesn't show when selecting my .tax2023 file (yes, password removed) in Browse in "Transfer last year's TurboTax return from your computer"?

Attempting to transfer last year's return from desktop to TT Online, but the Transfer Return option doesn't come up. I can find my .tax2023 file via the Browse, and I have removed the password on this file, which I generated when I completed my taxes with the Mac desktop version of TurboTax Premier 2023 (latest updates installed). But, it doesn't seem to recognize the .tax2023 file or something, because "Continue Without Transferring" is the only option that comes up.

With all due respect, did you even read what I wrote?!? As I mentioned, those are exactly the steps I followed (including de-encrypting the .tax2023 file)...that fails as described.

As I've progressed in my attempt to use the online tool, I've noticed flakey behavior and broken things all over the place. I believe Online TurboTax is DEFINITELY NOT READY FOR USE. So, I think this is just one example of that -- ie, either a bug or something that hasn't been implemented yet. But, I hope I'm wrong and someone can show me how to get this to work....

Ok...looks like there is glitch on the screen for transferring. Once you have selected the tax data file you want to transfer, the screen should give you a Transfer button, but it does not.

Workaround -

With the name of the tax data fie shown in the Choose File box, click on one of the Help links, such as Why can't I find my 2023 return? This will open up another browser window, just close the new window. Back on Transfer Return window there will now be a Transfer Return button
