Once a TurboTax account is created, it cannot be deleted. However, you can simply abandon it. If you'd like to clear any data that you may have entered into the program, you can use the "Clear and Start Over". To delete all your tax information from TurboTax, follow these steps.

If you haven't already done so, sign in to your TurboTax account and select the Take me to my return button.
On the welcome back screen, in the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then Clear & Start Over (select the menu icon in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu).
Answer Yes in the pop-up to confirm.

To check your W-2 for mistakes:

Open (continue) your return if you don't already have it open.
Search for W-2 and select the Jump to link in the search results.
Select 'Edit' to view your W-2

To add another W-2:

If you haven't already filed your return:

Open (continue) your return if you don't already have it open.
Search for W-2 and select the Jump to link in the search results.
We'll take you to a screen where you can click Add a W-2 for [your name or your spouse's name].
Enter the information from the new W-2 on the following screens.

If you already e-filed, you'll have wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.

If rejected, you can add the W-2 as described above before resubmitting or paper-filing your return.
If accepted (or if you already paper-filed), you'll need to amend your return to add another W-2.
