How is waiting until I've entered all my information before telling me I'll need to pay $35 to continue either legal or ethical? It's literally bait-and-switch.
Why in the name of God would I continue to file with a company that can't even be honest with me about the cost of filing upfront before I've spent 30 minutes entering and verifying the information off all my W-2s?
