My card never arrived! I tried to call the customer service number which is automated and it asks for a card number and then dossconnects me becuase I don't know the number!

@ Ji2020 Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

you have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with I've called over 20 times pressed every single option you guys offer on that machine and I still can't get to live person!!!! It blows my mind honestly
