How do I resolve that one of my 3 kids were wrongfully already claimed? It doesn't even state which one of the 3. They have different fathers. Never been present

I have had my kids for two years and nobody else. Only 1s dad is on Birth certificate

You will have to print the return and mail the return. Include a note explaining what happened. It might take a long time, possibly a year, but someday the IRS will contact you and the other person and they will resolve the issue.

The only way to resolve this is to claim the child(ren) yourself on your own tax return and let the IRS sort it out. You are past the deadline to e-file anyway, so the only way for you to file is by mail. Eventually you will be contacted by the IRS --- but meanwhile your return claiming your child(ren) will be processed.
