How do I resolve a turbo tax overcharge? They didn't honor my USAA discount.

just received my visa statement and it appears there are 2 charges on the same day on july 14 for$54.49. i don't know whether i hit the wrong key or why the double charge. plaese advise

I was told that because I filed early I would be receiving a discount which I believed I did . $114. But 147.00 $ was taken as Turbo Tax fee from my expected tax return. Why the difference. I believe I'm due 33.00 Thank you. Mary Bilotto
