How do I remove an identity theft form(14039) from my tax return?

You can delete the form by following these steps:
- Sign into your account and select your current return
- Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then Tools (see attached tax tools)
- Select Delete a Form (see attached delete a form)
- Find Form 14039-T or 14039-S and select delete next to it
- Repeat if there is a Form 14039-T and a Form 14039-S
