How do I pay for your line by line pro support your software wont let me purchase it

What product does that refer to? Do you have the program installed on your computer from a CD/download? Or are you using Online TurboTax?

The Live add-on with on-demand support from a CPA/EA tax pro and a review of the return is a feature of Online TurboTax only.

If you have the Desktop CD/Download program.......If you want the LIVE expert help and review you need to use the Online version. You can't apply the Desktop CD/Download purchase to Online. You have to pay for Online separately. You will have to get a refund for the Desktop program. Then you can use the Online web version. You will have to start your return over in the Online version.
