I will never use turbo tax again. Promised 5 days early on my refund then get told it’s because I filed EIC? On top of that I get a refund ddd of 2/26 and yesterday I was told by u guys to call today if I don’t get it so I called and the rude lady I spoke to said she can’t give me any info and the only info I can get is where’s my refund. That’s a lie cause the lady the day before said she saw it in the issuing bank. I don’t like being lied to and ur sad

Yes they are full of shxt. I’ll never use this service again. The fact your refund can be issued and you can see the date it was issued and it’s still hasn’t hit your account bc according to them it could take 2-3 additional days is complete bull shxt. I have never in my life wait past the 21 days when I efile. That kind of the point of efiling. I’ll never ever do this shxt again. They need to be shut tf down

I am sorry to say I will never attempt to use you product again. I spent over 6 hours, it was confusing and didn't work well at all. I call and talked with your rep for over 25 minutes and they didn't know what they were doing, they wouldn't listen, talked over me. So I found another product that cost 1/4 the amount, was more intuitive and very user friendly. The uploads were easy and worked well. So I will not be back again, don't see how you can remain a go to product.

This was the first time I had to use their service regarding any investments. I tried to use chat and the person that was helping me essentially hung up on me. She was not helpful at all and she essentially told me she would not help me. I doubt I will ever use this service ever again. It was not helpful at all, it took 3 more hours than it should have and it made me pay about 200 dollars more than I should have paid. I was lied to..

It very hard to do because they like to take advantage when of people saying it is free but

it is not the version you are working on automatically changes as you fill out your taxes

when you have completed they hit you with a high price so I try to reverse or lower the charge and no one in the company could help

They is cheaper more honest alternative to

use who don’t make fake statements which

they were forced to pay in California losing

the class action lawsuit but they still continue

to mislead people so just beware and do
