How do I know Turbo Tax filed my city taxes?

There are only a few cities that TurboTax supports and that is not automatic - you must choose the city tax in the state tax interview in order to produce the form for *you* to file.

If you're asking about an OH or MI city (except Detroit), TurboTax (TT) does not e-file them. If you don't remember printing and mailing your city return, you did not file it.

As others have said, even the preparation of a city return is not automatic in TT; you have to initiate it. Look at your list of state forms, if a city form is not included, you didn't do one. If you did do one, the State filing instructions, that TT prepares would have told you to print and mail it.
