Does the error message specify what part of the W-2 is supposedly incorrect? If so, please copy and paste the message in here. If not, there may be hidden characters or blank spaces in some of the form fields that are creating this issue. You may consider completely deleting the W-2 and re-entering it from scratch.

I suggest you delete the w-2, log out and clear your cookies and/or switch browsers then try entering the W-2 again. If you had started the state return you will need to recompute the state interview again.
