Do you wanna add that form to your tax return? if yes, simply go to forms and type 8962, it should pop up. Pretty straight forward on TT desktop 2019. Do a little search in TT online or ask an expert if you still couldn't.

Enter the info from form 1095-A and 8962 will be generated for you. You'll have to print it if you already filed your return.
