How do I find out where my taxes are? The original expert couldn't continue, wo another took over. I am frustrated with this. Please can someone sort this out for me?

This should not be taking this long. I have simple taxes. It seems like there is no way to check my status. Does someone know who to call or email to locate the person that has my iinformation?

Are you saying that you were using online "Live" help and your expert did not finish? And now you do not know who your "expert" is?
