How do I find out if the IRS has taken back child support
if my boyfriend carried me but he filed single and I owe back child support are they going to take it out of his income tax
If your boyfriend filed as single and claimed you as a dependent, IRS will not take out money for what you may owe.
If he filed a joint return with you, then IRS would take the money, but not for a dependent on a return.
