How do I file taxes on SSDI but I have 2 dependents?

Do you have any other income? Are you married? If you only have SSDI you do not need to file a return unless you have withholding taken out. And there is no benefit for claiming dependents. There was a special rule for 2021 where you could get Dependent credits without having any earned income. But the rules have gone back to the old rules.
