How do I download 2023 TT for Business that I purchased from a reseller (Costco)

I purchased TT for Business 2023 at Costco and initially downloaded it but that computer has died and now I need to re-install.  Whatever website Costco uses to host downloads no longer has the file (apparently they only keep it for two years) and since I didn't buy it via Intuit it does not show up as downloadable software within my Intuit account.

How do I get a download link if I have already purchased and have a valid key but my reseller no longer hosts a copy of software?  The only option I have figured out is to re-purchase the software on Intuit's site for $190 and I shouldn't have to do that.

I figured it out.  It's not intuitive (at least to me) at all.  I went to my Turbotax account to the page that showed the software that I purchased directly from Intuit (and not the programs I was looking for) and it shows my purchases and the ability to download.   Also, in the middle of screen it says this:

"Need a download or a download for a different operating system (Windows or Mac)? "enter your license code here." Your license code is included with your original purchase."

And I assumed it just meant changing the OS version for the products that were listed, but it turns out you can enter any valid product key and get a download.  So I'm good.

The "enter your license code here" is a hyperlink but I had to delete it from this post in order to submit.

I've seen this question asked a few times in the community and the people did not get satisfactory answers, so hopefully this makes sense to future users trying to find old downloads

Now, how do I mark this as solved?

You could probably get a free download by calling Support at 1-800-446-8848 and explaining the circumstances and presenting your purchase documentation.

@jmidi   So glad you came back and posted what you found.  So what happened when you entered the License Code?   Did it know what year you bought and what version?
