How do I connect with a tax expert if I am paying for the upgraded service?

I have been paying for the live expert help but I am stuggling to find out how to connect with the live expert. Is there a phone number or email or button that I need to find to connect?

    You can contact a "Live" expert during business hours Monday - Friday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time
