TurboTax will automatically assign or change your filing status to Head of Household as you enter your information in the Personal Info section of TurboTax. See Do I qualify for Head of Household?

If you want to change your filing status in TurboTax Online, while logged in to your return,

Click on Search
Type in "Filing Status"
Click on "Jump to filing status"
Go through the Personal Info interview

If you are eligible to file as Head of Household based upon the information you enter in the program, you will be given the option to select that filing status.
