how more detail do you need? close my turbo tax account

This is a USER forum....and no one here can do that for you.

1) for the "Online" browser based software...there is no subscription...you either use it each year or you don't....and are only charged if you actually print or file your tax return using it for that particular tax year.

2) For the "Desktop" software...if you have an "Advantage" account that automatically charges you each year...you cancel it as instructed here:
