The issue lies with the inability of finding where to input her 1040. There doesn’t seem to be any options anywhere to add a 1040, just w2 and the varying 1099s.

You cannot transfer another federal tax return Form 1040 from tax year 2020 to the current 2021 tax return where you have already transferred your 2020 tax data to the 2021 return.
