How can I provide positive feedback to a tax expert's supervisor for great help today? I thought I would get an email survey but the link did not come through.

I'll be happy to share your post with TurboTax Moderators.  They should be able to "track" your interaction and will share with both the Expert and his/her supervisor.

Many agents will talk about the survey and ask you to fill one out.  But only some calls get a survey.  A computer determines who will get the survey and there is no way to generate one.  I think there was years ago, but not now.

I finished my taxes yesterday and I wanted to mention that the help I received from Rosemary was above and beyond.  She was so patient with me. I'm 74 and she looked and looked for items we could use to lower my tax bill. Then we went through the returns over and over to be sure they were correct. She was great. That stress and headache are gone. Rosemary, Thanks you were so much help and easy to work with.

Can you please share my feedback from working with Christine E. with her supervisor? I didn't receive the feedback email. 

Christine E. was absolutely exceptional to work with on TurboTax Live. She provided comprehensive, one-stop support and made what could have been a stressful tax situation feel manageable and clear. During our call, she carefully walked through several complex items, including state tax withholding questions, a retirement fund rollover, a backdoor Roth conversion, and properly reporting Treasury bill interest. She explained everything in a way that was both thorough and easy to understand, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. Christine was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and generous with her time. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my concerns were fully addressed.

I also just wanted to give someone a shout out since I did not receive an option for feedback. Pamela R. She was so patient and helpful while we tried to figure out why TurboTax online wasn't accepting my military W2. She was awesome. I hated to bother her, but she was reassuring I wasn't. Overall, such a great experience with an agent. I was grateful because of how frustrating these issues can be sometimes, yet she made it great for me.

I was very fortunate to have KRIS assigned to help me with filing this year. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and had the patience of a saint. A true Professional. I had come to the stage with Turbo Tax that I was about to give up and go to some tax firm to have mine done. You see I think T T had changed their format somewhat from other years and also assumes that old fogies like me can waltz around a computer. Kris looked over the mess I had made over three days of visits on line and decided "we'll start from scratch again". Thank you Kris you were brilliant.
