Question

How can I get technical support for a software glitch that won't allow me to delete the qualified disaster FEMA information form? I did not have a disaster.

I already spent more than an hour with an expert who could not fix it after going through every section of my return in share screen.

If you are sure you don't need this form, you can delete it. It will keep coming back if you do not delete all the forms and related worksheets.

If you are using:

TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
TurboTax Desktop:
1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
2. Click on FORMS.
3. Locate the form you want to delete.
4. Click on the form name.
5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
