I need to be able to work offline as my internet connection is not reliable all the time.

It appears that you are working with TurboTax Deluxe (Windows) version. That is the desktop product that allows you to work on your income tax return without having an internet connection.

If this is not the version you are working with, below is the link to download the software for your computer. Unfortunately, you are not able to download any of the online products for use offline.
