Hi. I am stuck in a place where it is asking me to blank 7a of Schedule B, but doesnt allow it and keeps looping with the same issue again and again for foreign account.

You need to go back to where you entered the information about your foreign account. The information that is carried over to schedule B is entered there and you can only adjust it at the source of the information.
