This email isn't likely from TurboTax. Do not click on any links in the email. It's probably phishing.

You will want to confirm that this was an actual communication from TurboTax. Please see Avoid phishing scams and spoofed sites for more information and a link to the Intuit Security Center where you can report any suspicious emails or notifications you received.

So it looks like you purchased MAX benefits when you filed last year. One of the features of the MAX benefit is IDNotify, which does monitor dark web activity. Based on the information I'm sharing below, you SHOULD click on the link within the email to see retrieve your message from IDNotify. You'll be asked to sign into your TurboTax account to retrieve the message.

How do I sign in to IDNotify?
