Form 1116 Foreign Tax credit on multiple countries not allow
Like many users in the community. I have the Desktop TT Premier 2025. This is the first year where I cannot enter multiple countries on FORM 1116. Interview step-by-step all screwed up. I had to go into the form manually and add in number but still cannot have Canada, South Africa. When I change South Africa to Various, it couldn't work either. Just can do multiple countries whether the are various or South Africa. It seem like only Canada is accepted, nothing else. I have to move other countries to Sched A to forgo FTC.
I opened my previous TT Desktop version 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and those didn't have any problem. What happen 2025? I have the latest update and that didn't matter. Was TT desktop 2025 written by AI? This is the worst version I have ever since and I have been a customer since 2002.
