For vested RSUs, is "Price you paid" the same as cost basis? thx.

No, the price you paid would be any cost you paid when the RSU's were issued.  It is frequently (if not usually)  zero.  If you did not pay anything for the units, then the cost cost basis is the FMV of the stock on the day they were vested or released to you.  That amount should have been reported on your W-2 in box 1 as income.
