How can I enter 1291TAX entry in form 1040 line 11a Box 3 ?

From what tax form or section of the IRC is that tax amount being calculated?

I am getting additional tax amount from form 8621 (which is not supported by TurboTax).

I am able to enter other income and interest penalty amount from form 8621 into turbotax.

Since Form 8621 is not supported by TurboTax, there is no way for you to check box 3 on the Form 1040, line 11a and enter “1291TAX” in the entry space for that box. The software does not support that type of entry from a Form 8621.
