It depends upon what you are trying to enter. It sounds like you may be trying to enter information for the Child & Dependent Care Credit. If this is correct, please see How do I get to the Child and Dependent Care Credit in TurboTax? to get back to the appropriate deduction section.

After you enter the information for the dependent expenses, you will need to enter the care provider's information, such as the name of the person/company, their address, and either their Social Security number or an Employer Identification number as applicable, as well as the amount paid to them. If you have more than one provider caring for your child(ren), you will need to enter their information as well.
