Downloaded State product on my computer. But when I launch the program, the State forms are not showing.

Please contact TurboTax Support during business hours for realtime assistance in getting your second state.

Use the form at this link to be assigned a phone number. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern)  7 days/week. 

When you fill out the form at the link below, when it asks you what product you are using, be sure to indicate "CD/download".

There's no need to fill out the form now, since it won't provide you an assigned phone number until they are open.

You're welcome.   Please report back in this thread on what they had you do, or what they had to do to get you the state program.

Yes, I have online account. Logged in, on the right upper corner,  contacted support & typed in my questions that State did not shown.  In 5 minutes, got a call from the support.
1. Support requested screen sharing permission, went to my account, found my download there.
2. Requested me to launch Turbo tax, click online on the tool bar, continued to purchase the state product ( I was a little suspicious). When asked whether I have online account, I answered YES, then logged in .   Rather than asked me to purchase, it restored the state immediately into my Turbo Tax. The problem solved!
