Paid for Premier edition, it shows where to download but no download link

That's confusing. You first said the download link is not working, then you said "no download link."

Are you able to find your purchased Premier download using this link, and if so, is there a blue download button on the right?

It gives this option "TURBOTAX PREMIER TAX YEAR 2018 WIN DOWNLOAD WITH STATE" and no download button on right

At least your purchase is showing up, which shows you are in the right account. Sometimes a browser quirk can do weird things with button links.

Do you have a different browser to try to see if that makes a difference? Do you have Edge, Chrome, Firefox?

I have the same issue. Just paid for Premier, I see the link but is not active or no download button to click on.
