Does Turbotax Deluxe offer the ability to complete a Federal W4 and sign with E-signature on file with TurboTax? Attempting to change W4 for work and unable to autosign

You would have to print it out and sign it and give it to your employer.

You can just type W4 in the search box at the top of your return , click on Find. Then Click on Jump To and it will take you to the estimated tax payments section.

You do not e-file a W-4. Your W-4 does not go to the IRS. Your W-4 only goes to your employer.
