Do I use&file 3rd W2 data? Same company, job change. Relo-new state. Normal W2's from 1st, and 2nd Job. 3rd W2 from 1st Job with 2nd job state & taxes, no wages shown.

The "third W-2" is a continuation of the "first job" W-2, showing the state taxes withheld for your new state.  If you have more information than will fit on one W-2 form, a second one may be included.  You will combine them into one W-2 in TurboTax, just select the option + Add another row beneath the Box 15 and Box 18 entries that already appear and enter the extra data.

NOTE:  You will need to file two Part-Year Resident returns, one for your old state, and one for your new state.
