I will attach a PDF that lists the school districts with an income tax in the state of Ohio.

I don't see Dayton on the list.  Additionally, I should have mentioned we live in 45410, but on my husbands W2, line 19 there is an amount and line 20 with a code OH Morai....my husband worked in Moraine, OH.  It is not on list either so I assume neither charge school taxes.  So do I leave the area blank on my return?  Thank you so much

You do not need to pay or file a  School District Income Tax (SDIT), as you live in a non taxing district (Dayton).

The bad news is you probably need to pay Dayton City Income tax. Yes, Ohio has two different local income taxes.

To verify or find out if you live in a school district or city with an income tax enter your address at:

http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Individual/LocalTaxInformation.aspx

Or Direct to ZIP + 4: https://thefinder.tax.ohio.gov/StreamlineSalesTaxWeb/ZipLookup/LookupByZip.aspx?taxType=taxsummary

The box 20 code "OH Morai" refers to Moraine city (not SDIT) income tax.

You normally only have to file a return in the city you live in. It is not necessary to file one in the city you work in, if different. Your employer will remit withholding to the city you work in, but you do not file a return unless you're claiming a refund or your employer didn't withhold enough ( both highly unusual). The city you live in will allow a credit or partial credit for the withheld tax you paid to the work location city

You cannot do a Dayton City return in TurboTax. Visit the city web site for forms and online filing instructions. https://www.daytonohio.gov/279/Tax-Forms
