Do I have to claim a W-2 with $0 in box but an amount in box 14?

My husband is a pastor and was not paid for his position at the church, but was given a housing allowance. So his wages in box 1 are $0, but he a dollar amount in box 14 that isn't taxable. I can't e-file because the amount in box $1 is 0. Do I even need to include this W-2 in my taxes?

No, you should not enter anything for that W-2.  Apparently that was just the church's method of communicating your husband's housing allowance.

Turbo Tax isn't letting me delete the W-2 this year so I can e-file. When I do so it unpopulates all the housing allowance information that was entered into the Schedule SE. I was able to delete last year and e-file. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer service only to have them hang up on me because I asked 4 times to speak to a supervisor. I called 2 days ago too and they agent wasn't at all helpful. I figured it out myself after the fact.
