Do I file my son's W-2's with my taxes or seperatly?

You will need to have him file the W2 separately, on his own tax return. Just make sure to have him indicate that he's your dependent, when filing. He will need to answer yes to two questions at the beginning of his tax return. Please see my screenshot below as a reference.
