Divorced - agreed 50/50 split of 1098 - How do I reflect this properly when entering my 1098 details in TurboTax?

I got divorced in 2017, the ex and I sold our home, and have in our separation agreement that we will split the 1098.  When filling out the 1098 details in TurboTax, do I simply half the mortgage interest and outstanding principal?  Do I then check the "The interest amount I entered is different than what's on my 1098." box?

I found multiple answers to splitting the mortgage interest, but nothing about what to report for the other fields, most importantly the "Outstanding mortgage principal".  I suspect that I should only enter in half, but just want to be sure.

Yes, you will simply need  to enter your half of the mortgage interest, property taxes and PMI (if you paid PMI) from the 1098.
