My husband passed in March. Do I file as married for this year? I was planning to use TT Deluxe.

Yes, you would filed as married for tax year 2021.

Note that you may be blocked from e-filing. Some people in 2020 claimed that turbotax had a glitch in this situation (unverified) and it is also possible that the IRS will have blocked your spouse's SSN to prevent fraud. If your e-filed return is rejected, you will need to print, sign and mail it.
