Unfortunately TurboTax is not intuitively user friendly. I need to speak with Sunil or someone who knows how to link a Discover credit card for importing additional expenses.

No one from the user forum can arrange or schedule a call to you from your "Live" expert. You have to contact your expert yourself.

You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.
