Hi gunnerhazen,

I ran into the same problem. If you delete the form (Tools -> Delete a Form -> Form 8615) you should be able to file with no issues. Good luck!

Tools->Delete forms option is not available for On DeskTop TT App ,
on DeskTop TT , Go to Forms , select the Error , Delete Form will show at the bottom
