Not sure how you think TurboTax can help with that.  You will have to sort that out with the bank by following instructions for forgotten password, etc. on their site.

A Chase bank password may be used in TurboTax to securely import 1099, dividend, and interest data directly into your tax return. If your password is not working, you would need to contact Chase. However, there are other options for entering your information:

  • You can opt to manually input data from your 1099 forms instead of automatic importing.
  • You can also upload a PDF copy of the 1099 form, if you are using TurboTax Online. To upload a PDF of a 1099 in TurboTax Online, navigate to the Federal > Wages & Income section, select Investments and Savings, and choose Start/Revisit next to the relevant form (e.g., 1099-B, 1099-INT). When prompted to enter data, select options to upload your form directly.
