Question

charged nov 2025 download. I called said I have windows 10. told I would have a credit if I did online, no credit/ no refund. request refund OL 2 months ago

I have called 4 times since Nov 25 keep getting the runaround now told refund only within 60 days. I never got the download, i did online

Unfortunately, we cannot resolve billing issues here in the Community.  I would recommend calling customer service again and requesting to speak to a manager since you haven't been able to get this issue resolved with your previous calls. Be sure to use your previous case number if you have it, rather than starting a new one.
