No one in the user forum can help you find an account. We have no access to anyone's account. You need the account and user ID in order to access an online account with TurboTax. If you are asking because you are worried about your 2024 return that needs to be prepared and filed in 2025, you have time to get a copy of your 2023 return from the IRS.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of your tax return.
