wait time for call is 22 minutes. I like to live chat and am not getting any instructions as to how.

I can resend my Federal file after it was rejected. I can not send the state as well?

I need my money

IRS send me letter that they did not get my 2018 income tax that I file with you on last year.  They telling me I owe them over 4,500.   When I filed with you I did owe anything and I will not receive anything.   I need you to call me and send me a copy of my tax form that you send to IRS on my behalf.     They are looking for there money by January 13, 2020.    Please give me a call at [phone number removed].   Sandra Fealing

TurboTax cannot mail or email your tax return to you.  You can download a PDF of your tax return yourself.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
