Can turbo tax bill me for first filing $117 which was rejected due to misinformed by them to enter the AGI as $1 ? Can they then after refilng bill me for 4 items $166 ?

Can their rep tell me I can remove Turbo Max by going to it and remove it myself? Is it misleading because you can't remove service and is it true there are no refunds ? Can they tell me there is when it clearly states no refunds? Is there something very unprofessional by the rep saying I can ?

Thats not true at all I saw it and had to refile or the IRS wasn't going to issue my refund and as for next years estimate or payment how do you put that in you don't know if I'm using your service . Yes I'm getting my fee which you advertise as free or I may not of used you its coming out of my refund and I am using Credit Karma as the account for it to be deposited as I do not have a bank acct.So I do not know how I got the additional turbo max and how it went from $116 after I was given the wrong advice to put a $1 in as AGI it was rejected and then they told me put a $0 it worked so thats what happened and your rep misinformed me saying if I go to turbo max I can remove the service and fee willbe removed or credited which it states clearly no refunds as soon as you view the page. Thank you GJL

You only pays the fees once. Either before you file or you can have the fees deducted from your refund. If your efile rejected you don't have to pay again. Unless you tried to use a different account.

Where are you seeing 4 items for $166? Did you get 4 payment slips? Those are 1040ES estimated payments to the IRS for next year 2022 return so you don't end up owning again. They are optional to pay.
