Can TT Premier online, run scenarios for future years, so I can plan and create and implement a strategy to lower taxes before end of 2026; if so, how?

specifically, I am selling a house that was a rental until 2024, and I am looking for how to get the lowest possible capital gains tax I am eligible to get.

Premier is a version of desktop download software that you download to your own hard drive---so if you have Premier you can use desktop software to create"scenarios" to try out.

If you mean you used online ---- the version you mean is called Premium---- and no, you cannot use the account you used to prepare an online return to test out various scenarios or you will destroy your tax return.

First----distinguish whether you have desktop or if you used online. You must not use the same online account for "dummy" situations that you used for your own tax return. If you want to play around with online, you will have to create a "dummy" account online for that.
