    The Turbo Visa Debit Card website and app are experiencing high volumes today due to the stimulus payments being funded. To obtain your balance information you can text the following command to 43411: “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number). 

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
