Can't install app. Store says it is not compatible with my phone. Lgl84vl

You cannot put a downloaded program onto a mobile device. What you can do is use the online program through your browser window.

    The CD/download cannot be used on any sort of mobile device.   The CD/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac.

     

    If you want to prepare your tax return on your phone, you have to use the online (web-based) software.
