Can't eFile with W-2 that has 0 in Box 1 but DD and J in Box 12a. What can I do to be able to eFile?

Do you have another W-2 from the same employer with other boxes filled out? If so, you can enter these boxes on that same W-2.

Level 2

No -- I have no taxable income on W-2, only box 12a for DD and J. I want to eFile but TT won't let me because the W-2 shows no income in box 1. What can I do to eFile? Do I need to show the W-2 or can I delete it, should I add $1 to box 1? I want to eFile, not snail mail my taxes.

Level 11

You can just omit this W-2 since there's no taxable income to report from it. You should be able to e-file your return with the rest of your income.
